What I really love about being a professional Las Vegas photographer is also doing some graduation photos once in awhile. I had the pleasure of photographing in Sunset park with Shinayah, and her mother. I really have always liked Sunset Park and the trees that surround the park, because it creates that green background surrounding for my clients. When I’m photographing people in public places I feel people are more relaxed and willing to do more candid shots that are more natural.

This family was my second customer ever that I got to shoot at my studio. So I was excited to show them my new studio as well as some other shots I really enjoyed with her family. Her mother was there, as well as her grandmother helping me as I got the best shots to make sure she looked her best. As my work is mostly being a wedding photographer, I like to do other projects once in awhile so I can have some different work in my studio and create photos to test my skills as a photographer.

When were doing candid shots, I really want to have some good movement so it looks natural. One of my favorite common ones I like doing is walking. its natural and its easy and it not hard to do. Especially if a person is wearing heels, you want them to be able to relax and enjoy the session with me. This is especially important when they are walking on grass or dirt, so we can make sure they don’t trip or fall. As a photographer too, its always important to have your family there, so they can make you feel comfortable as well.
