The United States has many historic buildings that showcase our history. Oak Alley was based of Sugar plantations, and also showed how slavery created the south. Though beautiful as a location we are reminded of our past its still has an amazing wonderful southern feel. From the trees, to the large mansion this location is near New Orleans, Louisiana. Lorenzo takes a trip down to this historic plantation to photograph Glenn and Heather, who are an interracial couple, who believe in true love.
During this trip I was able to create some art while I was out there and make a beautiful photography piece for my Fine Art Photography with my Las Vegas Art Gallery. I was really happy with this edit and happy the way it turned out. The rain made the pavement reflect itself and the cool air really made the green pop out that day so we could get a solid shot of the plantation. This mansion is also known as the “Forest Gump House” featured in Tom Hanks famous movie Forest Gump (1994). The trees surrounding the color and of the house show case the types of oaks trees around the area and showcasing the beauty of the swamp.

One of the best things about being a Las Vegas wedding photographer, is that you can travel to any part of the world and capture peoples lives in one moment in time. I really loved this place for many reasons, one understanding the Americans southern history and seeing what our forefathers saw. As I looked around it was a captivating to see what the environment and how trade was done. Engagement photography can show the beginning of a loves journey and eventually turn in a long lasting relationship and can lead to many adventures.
